Shipping: We aim to dispatch all items by 12pm on the same working day. All items are sent via Royal Mail courier complete with tracking number. Shipping services we offer range from 1-4 working day delivery depending on product and service chosen.
Returns: You have 90 days from the delivery date to return items for an exchange or refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
